CSjob: 2year postdoc, Compressive imaging in Astronomy and Medicine, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland

What order of magnitude do you work on today? Yves sent me this announcement about a postdoc either in medical MRI or astronomy imaging. (I am thinking about 20 orders of magnitude from millimeter to 100's of light years).

....

I have a postdoc opening in my group in Edinburgh in the context of our ongoing £3M initiative on ‘Compressive imaging in Astronomy and Medicine’. The post-holder will perform cutting-edge research on compressive imaging algorithms, for application to (depending on candidate’s profile and interest) either ‘magnetic resonance fingerprinting in medicine’, or ‘radio-interferometric imaging in the SKA era in astronomy’ — see basp.eps.hw.ac.uk . May I ask you to forward this ad to potential candidates?

Best Regards
